We will share some small recipe by using the ingredients you left after making main dishes in YAMASAN COOKING corner.

While waiting the japanese steamed egg, just using 1 minute and you can simply make this Spinach with japanese soup stock.

 Ingredients

・20cc Uji Gyokuro Soup Stock

Use the ingredients left during making steamed egg is enough.

・2 drops of soy-sauce

You can also use other soy-sauce but if using this soy-sauce, it wouldn’t be too salty.

・5 bundles of Spinach

・Sesame  As you like

 

No need to prepare extra ingredients, just use the ingredients left when making Japanese Steamed Egg.

 

 How to Cook

① Cut off the spinach with the size you like.

② Put the spinach on the plate.

③ Fill with Japanese Soup Stock on top

 ☆More soup stock, more delicious.

④ Fill with Soysauce and sesame.
