Yamasan Cooking Part 5 ”Ankake-Donburi(Japanese-style Starchy Sauce Rice Bowl)”

So we will introduce “Japanese Ankake-Donburi” to make your body feel warm!
☆Ingredients(For one person)
Japanese Gyokuro Dashi Soup Stock・・・150cc ※Use Dashi and the flavor will become stronger
Chicken Minced Meat・・・50g
Red Carrot・・・1cm
Bean Sprout・・・1/5 bag
Japanese mustard spinach・・・2 bundles
Potato Starch Slurry・・・ 〔Water:Potato Starch=1:1〕
Black Sugar and Ginger Powder・・・As you like
Ginger・・・(Put more ginger and it would more delicious)
Soysauce・・・2 tsp
Rice・・・ 1 cup
☆Recipe
①Heat oil in a fried pan and fry chicken minced meat
②Then put black sugar ginger powder and soysauce to fry
③And put Japanese Gyokuro Dashi Soup Stock also
④Add red carrot and stem of japanese mustard spinach(It takes time to cook)
※If want faster, you can heat them in the microwave oven first!
⑤Then add bean sprout and also the leaves of japanese mustard spinach
⑥Add ginger sauce and 2 tea spoon of soysauce, also the potato starch slurry to thicken the sauce
⑦Last, put the sauce on the top of rice.
Recommend to put some grated ginger, the taste will become richer.
