So I am going to introduce the recipe of “Gyokuro Dashi Chazuke”.

☆Ingredients(For 1 person)
・Rice Ball ・・・１
・Gyokuro Dashi Soup Stock・・・Proper amount (通販ページ→http://www.803yamasan.jp/?pid=106305632)
・Soysauce ・・・For coating on both side of rice ball
・Chicken Tender ・・・Half Cut
・Green Onion ・・・As you like
・Beefsteak Plant ・・・As you like
・Pickled Plum ・・・１
・Wasabi ・・・As you like
①Make a rice ball
②Use soysauce to coat on the both side of rice ball, then grill it
※Or you can mix the rice with soysace first then grill
③When grilling the rice ball, boil and cut off the chicken tender
④Put chicken tender, green onion, beefsteak plant and pickled plum on the top of grilled rice ball
⑤Lastly, pour the Gyokuro Dashi on the top. Chazuke is DONE.
The flavor of Beefsteak plant and pickled plum make you have good appetite! With chicken tender, you can well-balanced nutrition.
Gyokuro Dashi Soup Stock is make from Bonito, Kelp, Herring, Flying Fish, also Uji Gyokuro and Houji Roasted Greentea. It is convenient to use this and make different kinds of dishes. You must try making it at home!
