・20cc Uji Gyokuro Soup Stock
☆Use the ingredients left during making steamed egg is enough.
・2 drops of soy-sauce
☆You can also use other soy-sauce but if using this soy-sauce, it wouldn’t be too salty.
・5 bundles of Spinach
・Sesame As you like
No need to prepare extra ingredients, just use the ingredients left when making Japanese Steamed Egg.
☆ How to Cook
① Cut off the spinach with the size you like.
② Put the spinach on the plate.
③ Fill with Japanese Soup Stock on top
☆More soup stock, more delicious.
④ Fill with Soysauce and sesame.
